COBRA+ FUNDUS CAMERA
Cobra+ is a leading edge, user-centric, non-mydriatic digital fundus camera. The 5 mega pixel camera produces HD retinal images up to a 50-degree visual field. It can capture images through a small pupil diameter of 2.5mm. Cobra+ has 9 internal fixation points, which allow quick acquisition of HD peripheral retina images with the feature to combine multiple HD images into one detailed panoramic peripheral image. CSO built in one of the many user-centric features, such as an automatic measurement of the “Cup to Disk” ratio, which increases the ease of use and the speed of glaucomatous diseases detection. In combination with CSO Phoenix software and the CSO Retimax, the retinal image can be overlap with ERG multifocal test. Providing a comprehensive retinal profile and the precise health indicator of every analysed retinal area, useful for the diagnosis and follow-up of macular degeneration and degenerative hereditary retinal diseases. Multiple wavelength images can be displayed on a single screen. This includes the original image, infrared image red-free image; as well as the choroidal, vascular and nerve fibre images for an in-depth retina examination.

CUP TO DISK MEASUREMENT
The measurement of the Cup to Disk ratio is easliy achieved using the built in measurment tools that are available in the Phoenix software platform for the detection of glaucomatous disease.
MOSAIC FUNCTION
Cobra+ can capture multiple images which can be combined together to create a panoramic image of the peripheral retina.
MGD ANALYSIS MODULE (Meibography)
Cobra+ includes dry eye module for the analysis of the Meibomian Glands (MGD). Using Pheonix software, the structure and health of the glands can be analysed.
AVR EVALUATION MODULE (Optional)
The AVR tool measures the ratio between the branch arteriolar-venous diameter. A low ratio between the dimension of the vessels, may be predictive of cardiovascular problems in adult patients.
INTEGRATION TOOL WITH ERG TEST (Optional)
The image of the retinal fundus provided by COBRA+ can be combined with the multifocal ERG test, perfor- med with the RETIMAX device. This new module pro- vides a precise indication of the functionality of every analyzed retinal area; it is very useful for the diagnosis and follow-up of Macular Degeneration as well as degenerative hereditary retinal diseases.
