Hand crafted by CSO in Florence - Italy since 1967, the SL99K Elite features the highest quality of optics, material, design, and precision. Powered by over 50,000 of continuous hours of LED illumination, as well as being supplied with a dedicated CSO Steel mounting plate (optional), the SL9900 Elite will be your most enjoyable yet durable asset for years to come.

The SL99K Elite features integrated IR Meibography, enabling seamless switching between slit lamp and infrared imaging with a simple toggle. This upgrade enhances diagnostic versatility, allowing practitioners to effortlessly transition from traditional slit lamp examination to detailed infrared visualization of the meibomian glands.



LED Light Source

50 000 hrs Continuous illumination

LED illumination provides comfort to the patient during the examination due to the lack of heat. Image colour temperature is maintained at all illumination levels. Our LED technology has an estimated life of 50000 hours of continuous use, you will never need to replace a light bulb again.

PHOENIX SOFTWARE

Slit Lamp uses the Phoenix software application allowing patient data to be saved for future review and analysis, shared by all CSO devices.

DRY EYE REPORT

Based on the Ocular Surface Disease Index questionnaire (OSDI), limbal and conjunctival hyperaemia, Meibomian glands analysis, tear meniscus analysis, NIBUT, and tear osmolarity, calculated merging together all partial scores, provides an overall evaluation of the clinical condition of the patient for a comprehensive diagnosis of the dry eye disease.

MIZAR DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA 5M PIXEL

MIZAR 5 Mega Pixel video camera is unrivalled for its high performance and exceptional colour rendering. During biomicroscopic examination, the HD MIZAR camera allows users to display the finest details and acquire high-resolution images and videos for live or future review.

POLARIS (optional)

Advanced analysis of the tear film Polaris enables the user to evaluate the stability and quality of the tear film through the measurement of the non-invasive break up time. Polaris integrates with the Phoenix software system so the patient data can be recorded for later review.
